I was down in Capitola today, on 41st Ave, and actually drove up to Miyako,
only to find out they were closed between their lunchtime special (until
about 2pm) and dinnertime (5pm onwards). Talk about thwarted!
Add this to the cancelled sushi lunch with Bruce on Wednesday (Cancelled by
me, due to too many weird things shifting their time) and it amounts to a
frustrated, sushi-deprived Pat. :-)
We may have to take serious corrective action sometime next
week... :-)
Also, I'm about to post a message about this list to ba.food, so we
may see some new members from "Out There" joining up.
_And_ for any ClariNet folks who have some free time (wink wink),
we're starting to move into our new geodesic dome house and will be hauling
stuff over the next couple of weeks. If you're looking for an excuse to
escape to the mountains, this just might be it! :-)
