Welcome to the 3 people I don't (yet) know! Looks like my post to
ba.food has started to propagate.
I'm going to be in Capitola tomorrow morning/noonish, getting my
car worked on. I'll have to leave it for an hour or so, and am planning on
heading over to Miyako on 41st Ave. It's not Monday, so they should be
open. I plan on being there sometime between 11am-2pm, so I should be there
during the lunch time. (For those newcomers to the list, I've been thwarted
twice in recent attempts to go there...)
If you're in the Santa Cruz/Aptos/Soquel/Capitola area, or even Los
Gatos-ish and want to drive over the mountains, then head to 1, and take it
south from Santa Cruz, get off at 41st Ave, heading towards the ocean and
the mall (This is a right-turn if you're heading south on 1). Go maybe 2
blocks, past the 1st light, and there's a bank off to your left on 41st. It
may be Sumitomo Bank, I'm not sure. Hang a left into that parking lot. It's
a big plaza, so if you miss it by a block or so, it doesn't really matter.
Miyako is in the left side of that plaza.
I don't really expect anyone else to be there, tomorrow, but don't
say I never gave you directions. :-)
For those who know what I look like, you'll recognize me. For those
who don't, I have long, curly brown hair. (There's a picture on my web
page, below...) and I'll probably have my green ClariNet jacket, since
that's where I have been keeping my chopsticks, lately. :-)

You know it's scary when a corporation's fines for enviromental
terrorism are less than their office supplies. Eek!
