Sung Ho (former owner of Miyako Sushi on 41st Ave. in Capitola) has been
working like a beaver downstairs from my office, constructing the new
Shogun Sushi. He said he was shooting for either the end of this month, or
early in July for an opening.
Miyako has been referred to as one of the best sushi places in Santa Cruz
County, and quite a few of us are looking forward to the opening. If you're
in Santa Cruz, look for them on Pacific Avenue, around 1123 Pacific. (Our
office is 1121, I'm not sure of their number.)
It's 3 doors up from Logos Book Store.
