Happy new year everyone! I just joined this mailing list because I love
sushi. I've had sushi in Japan, sushi in NY, sushi in the Bay Area, even
sushi in the middle of Nebraska! Anyway...
Just before the holidays, I had dinner at Sushi Maru in Sunnyvale. Usually,
they have fresh sushi. Well, I ended up with a stomach virus (first time in
my life after eating sushi) but I have found generally that Sundays are the
worst days for sushi from a freshness standpoint. Is anyone with me on this,
and why is that? Is there some supply schedule that I'm not aware of? If so,
then what are the best days for going out for sushi?
