Yup, those Quantum drives suck bigtime. Seagate, WD, or IBM are the
only drives I'd buy. I've had major problems with Quantums, besides
which their support sux too. Wouldn't give me jumper settings for drives
that were OEM to Compaq, and Compaq wanted $35 per call to even talk
about it.
