Tell him the price is twice that much, and you need half the money in
advance.
Once you have that money, buy the balloon and ship it to him.
If he sends you the other half of the money, you can do business with
him in the future, and I'll be interested in doing business with him.
I am sick and tired of people talking and not doing.
