Very carefully with a knife and holt melt glue. It is very crude but do-
able and if a better method for cutting cds could be found, maybe a
scroll saw or band saw; would be safer, easier, faster, better accuracy.
Put on a swivel for spinning...Cds are tough to cut and break easily.

I also made a "truncated dodecahedron" with 12 cds. This time I used the band saw with very fine blade, but got some hair line cracks, is also crude and difficult to line things up, but at least put these formerly useless cds to some constructive use.
