I wish I knew enough about this subject to comment more intelligently, but all I can say is that this article http://science.slashdot.org/science/03/01/08/0323237.shtml?tid=126 peaks my interest and I'm wondering you have heard anything about a rebirth of this "70% efficiency" PV technology.
