The Chinese way of handling this was to give each person that came to the
hospital a card which had to be stamped by the local qigong teacher. If
the card wasn't stamped avery day, you weren't allowed back into the
hospital. China managed to contain their health crisis this way. The
answer is to work with wellness instead of illness.

And now that they've got that dam going, they may get floating cities up
before us too.
