The Butterfly Gardeners Association was started by an individual with a
dream to promote his symbol of the millenium (the butterfly) by doing
butterfly releases, and making people aware of the fact that a healthy
garden has butterflys in it. A healthy world for that matter. I met him
at a Hiroshima Day event in Wash DC, where a bunch of butterflys were
released, Monarchs ( I wondered what they thought of being released so
far from home) that were bred to be released. It seems like an
interesting concept. He does these events from time to time concerts etc.
and is trying to get by, like all of us out there.
