I spent all day yesterday moving the new server over to the new network,
configuring things, fighting with things, etc. I think it's all set up and
working correctly! (We'll see if this gets through, or generates 250 bounce
messages to me! ;^) )
I'm expecting my personal dialup to go away Real Soon Now (and of course,
GTE hasn't yet installed my new line at my friend's house), but all mail
and web services have been co-located to the new network, so you should all
be able to talk freely, even if my house goes offline for a bit.
The new T1 goes in over there in about 2 weeks, so we'll have blazing
performance then, too.
Now would be a REALLY GOOD TIME to send a post to whatever lists you're on,
to ask any questions that have been in the back of your mind, etc. This
will allow us to test the new configuration and try to catch any glitches.
